5 easy steps to grow Tulips at home

Choose the Right Pot & Soil – Use a deep pot (10-12 inches) with drainage holes. Fill it with well-draining potting soil mixed with compost for nutrients.

Plant the Bulbs Properly – Place tulip bulbs 4-6 inches deep with the pointed side up. Space them about 2 inches apart for a fuller look.

Provide Proper Chilling – Tulips need 12-14 weeks of cold temperatures (below 50°F). Keep the pot in a cool, dark place like a garage or fridge.

Place in Sunlight & Water – After chilling, move the pot to a sunny spot with at least 6 hours of daily sunlight. Water moderately to keep the soil moist but not soggy.

Care After Blooming – Once the flowers fade, allow the foliage to turn yellow before trimming. Store the bulbs in a cool, dry place for replanting next season.

Follow these steps, and you’ll enjoy beautiful tulips blooming at home every spring! 🌷
