Lemon Blueberry Loaf – A Moist & Zesty Delight

Ingredients: – 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ tsp salt – ½ cup unsalted butter, softened – ¾ cup sugar

– 2 large eggs – 1 tbsp lemon zest – ¼ cup fresh lemon juice – ½ cup milk – 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (tossed in 1 tbsp flour)

Instructions: 1. Preheat & Prep – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. – Cream Butter & Sugar – Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time.

Add Lemon & Milk – Stir in lemon zest, juice, and milk for that zesty flavor. – Combine & Fold – Gradually mix in dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries.
