PANCAKES with MAPLE BUTTER - CLASSICS RECIPE

Pancakes are a timeless breakfast favorite, and when paired with rich maple butter, they become a delicious treat everyone loves. Here’s how to make this classic dish from scratch.

Make the pancake batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Cook the pancakes: Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Prepare the maple butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Serve: Stack the pancakes on plates and top with a dollop of maple butter. Serve warm and enjoy!
