Asian Cabbage Stir Fry

– 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded – 1 tablespoon sesame oil – 1 small onion, thinly sliced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon grated ginger – 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
