These classic salmon patties are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor! Made with simple ingredients, they’re easy to whip up for a quick weeknight meal.
– 1 (14.75 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked– ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)– 2 eggs, beaten– ¼ cup finely diced onion– 1 tbsp mayonnaise– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
