Classic Salmon Patties – Crispy, Flavorful & Easy to Make!

These classic salmon patties are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor! Made with simple ingredients, they’re easy to whip up for a quick weeknight meal.

– 1 (14.75 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked – ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers) – 2 eggs, beaten – ¼ cup finely diced onion – 1 tbsp mayonnaise – 1 tsp Dijon mustard

– 1 tsp lemon juice – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional) – 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped – 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
