Crispy Apple Pie Egg Rolls: A Sweet Twist on a Classic Dessert

Love apple pie but want a fun, crispy twist? Try Apple Pie Egg Rolls! These golden, crunchy treats combine the warm, spiced filling of a classic apple pie with the crispy perfection of an egg roll.

– 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) – ¼ cup brown sugar – 1 tsp cinnamon – ½ tsp nutmeg – 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

– 8 egg roll wrappers – Oil for frying – Powdered sugar (optional)

Make the Filling – Cook apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a pan until soft. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken. Let cool.
