– 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
– ¼ cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– ½ tsp nutmeg
– 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)

– 8 egg roll wrappers
– Oil for frying
– Powdered sugar (optional)
