However, in some cases, particularly in individuals with hypertension or those sensitive to caffeine, coffee may cause a more significant increase. 

Regular coffee drinkers, on the other hand, may build a tolerance to caffeine, reducing its impact on their blood pressure over time.

Research suggests that moderate coffee consumption, typically 1-3 cups per day, is unlikely to have long-term adverse effects on blood pressure or heart health for most people
