Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes (halved or quartered, depending on size)
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes: Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into evenly sized pieces for consistent cooking.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Lipton onion soup mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
Transfer to Slow Cooker: Add the seasoned potatoes to your slow cooker, spreading them out in an even layer.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the potatoes are tender and infused with flavor.
Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
