Improving your balance doesn't require any fancy equipment—just a simple, 10-minute routine you can do anywhere. Here's a quick routine to help you build stability:

Standing March (2 minutes) Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. March in place, lifting your knees as high as comfortable. Keep your core engaged and maintain good posture.

Heel-to-Toe Walk (2 minutes) Walk in a straight line, placing one foot directly in front of the other, heel to toe. Focus on a fixed point ahead to help maintain your balance.

Single-Leg Stand (2 minutes) Stand on one leg, keeping your knee slightly bent. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch legs. If this is too challenging, hold onto a sturdy surface for support.

Side Leg Raises (2 minutes) Stand tall and lift one leg to the side, keeping your body straight. Hold for a few seconds, then lower it slowly. Repeat on both sides.

 Standing Calf Raises (2 minutes) Stand tall and slowly rise onto your toes, then lower back down. Do 10-15 repetitions.
